Bridge Family is a support group for caregivers. Addiction causes harm and suffering to addicts and those close to them, especially family members. Managing an addict is difficult, tiresome and emotionally draining. It can be detrimental to physical, mental, emotional, and financial health. Family members and loved ones often feel helpless, hopeless and frustrated; they want to help the addict, but can face burnout and feeling trapped by the demands of caregiving.
Bridge Family aims to support and empower family members to face life with confidence despite the challenges of your role as caregiver. It focuses on discussing how you can take care of your own needs, as well as providing informative topics on effective skills and strategies on managing the addicted family member.
Addictions may cause tears in your eyes, however,
recovery can help you discover the rainbows in your heart.
You are not alone.
Join us as we discover how we can empower you to make
healthy changes and to improve your lives.
